Every purchase you make is entitled to a 5% cashback on the course price (sans SkillsFuture Courses)
All cashback credits will be automatically reflected in your account but purchases with cashback can only be made after 30 days of your purchase.
LOOP.sg’s Refund Policy:
- LOOP.sg’s Refund Period is 30 days from the date of course purchase.
- A refund may only be given if less than 10% of the course has been completed.
- Any cashback paid out will be deducted from the user’s account when a refund request is made.
- If the cashback amount has been utilized, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- LOOP.sg reserves the right to reject any fraudulent refund requests.
If you have a valid refund reason, please send your request to info@loop.sg using the email you registered your account with as well as the reason for the refund, along with any additional supporting documents i.e screenshots, invoice, email, etc.
